Albina “Lidia” Flores was born in El Mulato Chih. Mexico to Alvino Morales and Maria Gomez Morales. She married the love of her life Manuel Lujan Flores on May 30, 1959. The couple moved to Monahans in 1976.
She was a devoted Apostolic. She enjoyed cooking for the entire family and was always ready to feed whoever showed up at her home. She also enjoyed going to church and reading the Bible.
Albina “Lidia” Flores is preceded in death by her husband Manuel Lujan Flores, parents Alvino Morales and Maria Morales, daughter Rosa Elma Flores, brother Salvador Morales, and sisters Cuca Bustamante, Elvira Galindo, Maria Luisa Grado and Luz Carrillo.
She is survived by her sisters Sulema Valenzuela, Connie Valenzuela, Lola Orenday and Balbina Salazar, her children Virginia Elsa Flores of Ojinaga Chih, Maria Elda Ramos (Ruben) of Odessa, Jesus Manuel Flores (Rebecca) of Monahans, Cecilia Elia Armendariz (Roy) of Midland, Omar Flores of Monahans, 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Friday November 6, 2020 at Harkey Funeral Home Chapel from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Funeral Service will be held Friday November 6, 2020 at Harkey Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 p.m. with burial to follow at Monahans Memorial Cemetery.
