Bruce Terry, 64 of Monahans, Texas passed away peacefully at his residence. Bruce was born January 27, 1958, to Catherine Terry McCowan, and Willie McCowan in Pecos, Texas. He received his education in the Pecos Public School District. As a teenager Bruce started working in the oilfield where he became a truck driver. Truck driving was his passion along with cooking, spending time with family and visiting friends.
Bruce is preceded in death by his mother, Catherine McCowan, his father Willie McCowan, and brother Dewayne Terry.
He leaves to cherish his memories three daughters Gloria Ervin and husband Marcus of Waco, Texas, Shayla Davis and husband Lee of Monahans, Texas, Catherine Jackson and husband Quincy of Monahans, Texas, son Christopher Roberson of Monahans, Texas, Skip Roberson and wife Regina of Jal, New Mexico. Brothers Wendell Terry and wife Teala of Kermit, Texas and Gregory Lee McCowan of Fort Worth, Texas. Fifteen grand-children and one great grandchild. Along with a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
