Carolyn Moore

Carolyn Joan Moore, 80, of Denton passed away on November 28, 2016 in Denton. She was born in Cisco, Texas on December 22, 1935 to George Clifford and Thelma (Martin) McAuley. She was married to the late William "Bill" Moore for 44 years and was a homemaker and mother.

She is survived by her daughter, Linda Faye Barnett of Burleson, Texas, sons, Billy Moore of Lindale, Texas, Steve Moore of Krum, Texas, Tim Moore of Bergheim, Texas, Robert Moore of Roswell, New Mexico, sister, Kana Webster of Odessa, Texas, brother, Skeet McAuley of Los Angeles, California, twelve grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren, with one on the way.

she is preceded in death by her sisters; Colleen Clark, Pat Ahlfenger, Jackie McAuley, and Nellie Dees, brothers; Clifford McAuley, T.O. McAuley, Sam McAuley, and granddaughter, LeAnne Moore.

Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, December 3, 2016 at Harkey Funeral Home Chapel in Monahans, Texas, interment will follow at Monahans Memorial Cemetery in Monahans, Texas. Pall Bearers will be grandsons Jeffrey Moore, Russell Moore, Wesley Moore, Mason Moore, Will Moore, and great grandsons Chase Jones, Braedon Barnett, and Miles Hill.
