Chanin Luna

Chanin Kay Luna, 45, of Monahans, passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at her residence. She was born November 21, 1969 in Albuquerque, NM.

She worked for Sonic Drive-in in Monahans and Jordan Healthcare. She enjoyed nail art and babysitting. Chanin loved being with family and friends and being around and taking care of kids. She loved the simple things in life.

Chanin is survived by her husband, Rudolph C. Luna, Jr. of Monahans; sons, Mario Segura and wife Jessie of Palestine and Michael Segura of Palestine; daughters, Adrian Dugas and husband James of Palestine, Ashley of New Mexico and Rachel Sullivan of New Mexico; parents, Allice Williams of Monahans and Barney Ryan of Herford; brothers, Chris Williams and wife Tonia of Monahans, Travis Ryan of Las Cruces, NM, Joseph Ryan of Friona, James Ryan and wife Lizz of Amarillo; sisters, Ranel of Oklahoma, Theresa Walker of Clovis, NM, Kim Smith of Houston, Stephanie Ryan of Oklahoma, Rexina Odonell and husband Kevin of Grand Junction, CO, and Jaquessa Ryan of Lubbock; and 13 grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday, February 6, 2015 from 11 AM - 1 PM at Harkey Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 2 PM at Monahans Memorial Cemetery with Danny "Ducttape" Morriss officiating.
