Charles Ray Phillips, 51, passed away on March 13, 2021 in Monahans, Texas. Charles was born in Monahans, Texas on May 21, 1969 to Norris Spencer and Linda Phillips Cobb.
Charles graduated from Monahans Highschool in 1987. After graduation he went into the United States Army.
Charles is preceded in death by his father; Norris Spencer, maternal grandmother; Pinkie L. Thornton, maternal grandfather; Horace Phillips, paternal grandmother; Farnie Thomas, and paternal grandfather; Preston Spencer.
He is survived by his mother; Linda Cobb, sister; Cissi Phillips, brother; Fabian Butler and wife Italy, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Pallbearers will be Gregg Fletcher, Tyqualy Fletcher, Quincy Jackson, Brent Wallace, Rodney Williams, Arthur Green, and Willie Willis. Honorary pallbearers will be Fabian Butler, Nic Spencer, Chris Spencer, Ty Carnegary, Lewis Carter, and Frank Dipasquale.
