Charlotte Wilcox

Charlotte Brown Wilcox, 84, formerly of Grandfalls, passed away February 9, 2015 in Fredericksburg. She was born September 1, 1930 in Fabens, TX to Walter and Ollie (Stallings) Brown.

She was a long time resident of Grandfalls and retired from Texas Electric Company after many years of service. She was a member of Union Church in Grandfalls.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Charlie L. Wilcox; sisters, Belle Hummel, Nez Golf, Ione Perryman, Ada Ryland, and Charlene Platt.

Charlotte is survived by her loving family; nephews, Walt Perryman, Wes Perryman, Steve Perryman, Frank Platt, Dave White and Dan Ryland; nieces, Jan Waters and Jan Shook; great-nephew, Shaylin Perryman and wife Margaret, along with numerous family members who will miss her dearly.

Visitation will be held Friday, February 13, 2015 from 12 - 1 PM at Grandfalls Union Church. Funeral services will begin at 1 PM with Pastor William Scott Meador officiating, followed by interment at Tamarisk Cemetery in Grandfalls.
