On July 11, 2020, Cinda Bryer, loving mother of two, passed away at the age of 73.
Cinda was born April 1, 1947 in Uvalde, TX to Sidney and Paulina Shipman.
Cinda married Larry Bryer February 15, 1964. They raised two daughters, Stephanie and Shannon.
In 1971, Cinda and Larry joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She held numerous leadership positions in the Monahans Branch of the Church, and for years, was the music director.
In 1995, Cinda and Larry started Ultravision, the first internet business in Monahans. In the early 2000s, they toured festivals with their carnival ride company, Party on Wheels.
Cinda had a passion for art. She painted in oils, sewed, took pictures, and created crafts in various media. She loved to sing. She loved Elvis, and any movie that was a musical.
Cinda adored her four grandsons and her two great-granddaughters.
She was known for her infectious smile, her hugs, her pecan pie, and her kind, compassionate spirit.
Cinda was preceded in death by her brother, Elbert Shipman, her father, Sidney Shipman, her mother, Paulina Shipman, and her husband, Larry Bryer.
She is survived by her daughters, Stephanie Cagle (husband, Lance) and Shannon Bryer, both of Monahans, her brother, Arvel Shipman and his wife, Betty, of Camp Wood, Texas, sister, Sally Spurrier and her husband, Doug, of Clyde, Texas, brother, Lynn Shipman and his wife, Beth, of Stephenville, Texas, and Michael Shipman and his wife, Candyce, of Camp Wood, Texas, her four grandsons, two great-granddaughters, and many cousins, nephews, and nieces.
