Clifton Mooring

Clifton Cleo "Bo" Mooring, 76, of Monahans, passed away Tuesday, March 9, 2015 at his residence. He was born July 18, 1938 in Wood County, TX to James Staton and Mary Viola (Alexander) Mooring.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Ray Nell Mooring; parents, Jim and Mary Mooring; brother, James Mooring; and sisters, Ruby and MaryLou Mooring.

Bo is survived by his sons, Richard C. Mooring of Odessa, Randy L. Mooring and wife Renee of Midland, and Ronny R. Mooring and wife Theresa of Monahans; daughter, Misty R. F. Kimbrough and husband Don of Rockport; brother, Jimmy L. Mooring and wife Jeanie of Durango, CO; sister, Patsy M. Hunt and husband Tom of Crescent, TX; 9 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends for visitation Tuesday, March 10, 2015 from 3 - 8 PM at Harkey Funeral Home. Memorial services will be held Wednesday, March 10, 2015 at 10:30 AM at Bethel Baptist Church with Pastor Gordon Cox officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making a donation to a hospice agency.
