Connie Garrett

Constance (Connie) Elizabeth Garrett, 64, of Monahans, Texas passed away on Wednesday, June 1, 2022.

Connie was born in Pecos, Texas to parents Alfred and Bettye Hauser on May 7, 1958.

Connie grew up and attended school in Pecos, Texas then later graduated from Odessa High School. She began working in 1979 and continued working until May of 2021. Some of her jobs included clerical work, cashiering, police department, TRC, homecare for her mother and the Monahans News. Connie is also a member of the Monahans Crossroads Church.

Connie is preceded in death by her parents Alfred and Bettye Hauser, sister Lynn Hauser, along with 2 granddaughters Kaley Bowerman and Brianna Lucas and great grandson Judah Shaun.

Connie is survived by her husband Larry Garrett, her son Shaun Dirden and wife Tracey along with granddaughter Saydee Dirden. Son Cody Deutsch, daughter Valerie Carpenter and husband Craig, granddaughter Esther Carpenter, sister Cindy Treadwell as well as, many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Shaun Dirden, Cody Deutsch, Mike York, Bobby Holladay, Gary Treadwell and Chad Simington.
