Darrell Coffey

Darrell Coffey, 63 of Monahans, Texas passed away surrounded by loved ones on November16th, 2018.

Darrell Glenn Coffey was born in Phoenix, Arizona to Johnny Clayton Coffey and Zana Longmire Coffey on April 11th, 1955. He attended grade school in Millersview, Texas and graduated high school in El Paso, Texas. He married Debbie (Ply) Coffey on May 23, 1981, recently celebrating their 37th anniversary. He had worked as a truck driver for over 40 years, the last 14 of which he drove for Walmart Transportation. He will be fondly remembered for his quick wit and dry sense of humor.

Darrell is preceded in death by his parents, Johnny Coffey and Zana Coffey Bradley.

He is survived by his wife Debbie Coffey; son Scott Taylor and wife Tonya; daughter Stephanie Coffey Johnson and her husband Jeff; brother Terry Coffey; and grandsons Cameron, Cole, Case and Caden Taylor.

Memorial services will be held at 1pm on Monday, November 19th at Harkey Funeral Home with Issac Denson of Crossroads Fellowship officiating. He will be interred at a family plot in Paint Rock, Texas at a later date.
