Eliseo Mendoza

Eliseo Steven Mendoza, 74, passed away on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 in Odessa, Texas. Eliseo was born on December 26, 1945 to Natividad and Catalina Mendoza in Presidio, Texas. Eliseo married the love of his life Lola Analla Mendoza in Monahans, Texas.

Eliseo enjoyed playing the drums at church. He also enjoyed golfing, smoking his cigarettes, coffee, and drinking. He was never known to say “no” to free budlight. The one thing that he always loved and cherished was spending time with his family and friends.

Eliseo is preceded in death by his parents, Natividad and Catalina Mendoza.

He is survived by his loving wife, Lola Mendoza, children, Laura Bejaran and husband Edward, Nicole Walker and husband Daniel Calderon, Chris Mendoza and wife Lacresia, Marisol Mendoza and husband Emilio, Crystal Mendoza and husband Francisco Martinez, Tobi Mendoza and husband Michael Selcis, 18 grandchildren, and 24 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Thursday, September 10, 2020 at Harkey Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, September 11, 2020 at Grace Fellowship in Monahans, Texas with Dr. Mark Bristow.
