Epifania Uranga Subia went peacefully to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday March 26, 2021 in Monahans, Texas. Epifania (Lingo) was born February 10, 1935 in Grandfalls, Texas to her mother Ascension Uranga Subia and Father Felix Subia.
Epifania never met a stranger and always met people with a smile on her face. Lingo was always singing and liked to dance. She loved her family poker nights and enjoyed watching her cowboys Gunsmoke and her viejitas The Golden Girls. We can’t forget her love for all fur babies and God’s creatures alike. We admired her independence; always brave, strong, fearless, and most of all her faith and strong belief in our God Almighty.
Epifania (Lingo) lived a simple carefree life just like she wanted. May you fly high among all the precious angels. You will always live forever in our hearts and memories. We love you and are going to miss you immensely. This is not a “goodbye” but a “see you later!”
Epifania is preceded in death by her parents Ascension Uranga and Felix Subia, sisters Loretta Subia Carrasco, Petra Subia Armendariz, Florita Uranga Subia, Sophia Uranga Subia, brothers Ygnacio (Nacho) Uranga Subia, Felix Uranga Subia Jr., Frank (Pancho) Subia.
She is survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, as well as great-great nieces and nephews.
