Esperanza "Hope" Sotelo

Hope (Esperanza) Sotelo went to be with the Lord on August 10, 2020 with family by her side. She was a loving mom, grandmother, sister, aunt and homemaker. Hope loved attending church, crafting and being with family anytime she could.

Hope is preceded in death by her husband Albert Granado Sotelo, parents Francisco and Julanita Bernard, brothers Wally and Arturo Bernard, and grandson Ray Sotelo.

Hope is survived by her son Albert Sotelo and wife Sherry Sotelo, daughter Sylvia Almanza and husband Bobby Almanza, son Edward Sotelo and wife Luann Sotelo, sisters Carlota Reyes, Elodia Rubio, Elisa Martinez, Elvira Hernandez, Bessie Vargas, Lucille Chavez, brother Frank Bernard, 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 13, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Grace Fellowship 1200 Wilma Street, Monahans, Texas. Burial will follow at Monahans Memorial Cemetery.
