Francisco Fuentes

Francisco Fuentes, 65, beloved Husband and Father, was called to his eternal resting place on August 9, 2018.
He entered this world on March 30, 1953 in Monahans, TX, born to Angel and Socorro Fuentes. He graduated high school in Monahans, TX, and earned his culinary degree from Odessa College. He married his high school sweetheart Dolores Romo Fuentes on June 21, 1975. Francisco started his career working for Haliburton before retiring from Mobil. He began his second career as a Chef following his lifelong passion for cooking. Although he had many talents, his capacity for love and compassion of others afforded him the ability to make strangers feel like family.
Francisco is preceded in death by his parents; Angel and Socorro Fuentes and his siblings; Oscar and Guadalupe Fuentes.
Francisco is survived by his wife Dolores Fuentes; sons Daniel and Eric Fuentes; siblings Angel and Evangelina Fuentes; grandchildren; Nathan and Elijah Fuentes.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 11, 2018 from 9:00am-6:00pm and Sunday August 12, 2018 from 12:00pm-6:00pm at Harkey Funeral Home, 210 S. Allen Ave, Monahans, TX 79756.
Rosary will be held on Sunday, August 12, 2018 at 7:00pm at St John Evangelist Catholic Church, 500 S. Ike Ave, Monahans, TX 79756.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 13, 2018 at 3:00pm at St John Evangelist Catholic Church, 500 S. Ike Ave, Monahans, TX 79756.
Pallbearers will be: Orlando Lyles, Ronnie McPheeters, Edmundo Balderrama, Martin Gonzalez, Randy Fuentes, Dustin Fuentes, Nathan Fuentes and Elijah Fuentes

Memorials may be given to St John Evangelist Catholic Church, 500 S. Ike Ave, Monahans, TX 79756.
