Gary Pruitt

Gary W. Pruitt passed away on Thursday, August 10, 2017 in Monahans, Texas. He was born on February 1, 1953 in Lubbock, Texas to Joe L. Pruitt and Joan C. Pruitt. He attended school in Snyder, TX, Denver City, TX, and Hobbs, New Mexico. He served in the Army from 1975 to 1981 as a military Police Officer. He worked many years in the Oil and Gas Industry. Gary married Ann A. Pruitt on April 5th 1977. They just Celebrated their 40th Wedding Anniversary. He is survived by his wife, Ann of the home. His daughter Amanda Breaux and husband Rudy Breaux of Monahans, TX as well as their two kids, Katelynn Breaux 19 years old and Kristopher Breaux 15 years old. Other Survivors include his daughter Lacreasha Montgomery of Hobbs, NM her two daughters, Jessica Thompson and Miguela Thompson of Hobbs, NM and her son Ronnie Montgomery of Hobbs, NM. Ronnie has three daughters, Karsyn, Kynlee, Kamsyn Thompson. Gary is also survived by a sister, Deborah Parker of Hobbs, NM and a brother, Stevie Pruitt of Abilene, Texas and Terry Pruitt of Carlsbad, NM and numerous nieces and nephews, and many friends. We would like to send a special Thank you to Bobby and Linda Guarduno for their love and friendship as well as Johnny LeBlanc, adopted daughter Samantha Thompson and her daughter Alivia.
