Gloria Carrasco

Gloria Gomez Carrasco, of Monahans, passed away at home, surrounded by family and friends on April 7, 2022, in Monahans, TX.

Visitation will be Monday, April 11, 2022, from 9 AM - 7PM, at Harkey Funeral Home in Monahans, TX. Rosary services will be Monday, April 11, 2022, at 7PM, at Harkey Funeral Home in Monahans, TX. Funeral services will be held at Saint John Catholic Church on Tuesday, April 12, 2022, at 10 AM.

Gloria was born in Pecos, TX to Mercedes and Romana Gomez on September 7, 1934. She married Alfred Carrasco on July 9, 1952 in Pecos, TX and proudly spent 21 years employed with the MWPISD.

Gloria is preceded in death by her beloved Husband, Alfred Carrasco; Sisters, Amparo Gomez Yanez, Paula Gomez Alvarez, Mercedes Gomez Yanez, Esilia Gomez Nunez; and Brother, Jose Angel Gomez.

Gloria is survived by Son, Alfred Carrasco, Jr.; Daughters, Debbie Ann Vasquez, and Guadalupe Castelo; Brother, Cruz Jose Gomez; eight grandchildren; twenty-six great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
