Jose “Chepe” Carrasco, 66, of Monahans, Texas passed away on April 19th, 2021 in Odessa, Texas at Medical Center Hospital.
Jose was born in Palomas #1 Mulato, Chiuhauhua to Apolonio Carrasco and Santos Olivas on December 7th, 1954.
Jose is preceded in death by his father Apolonio Carrasco, Mother Santos Olivas, sibilings Ruben Carrasco, Marcelina Tarango, Guadalupe Meza, Mauricio Carrasco, Maria Anaya, and Anita Gomez.
Jose is survived by his wife Martha Carrasco, son Leo Carrasco and wife Cruz Carrasco, daughter Mireya Ramirez and husband Gilbert Ramirez, daughter Nora Bejarano and husband Obed Bejarano Jr., grandchildren Yesenia Guzman, Obed Bejarano, Arianna Ramirez, Bryan Bejarano, Ryan Ramirez, Maritza Ramirez, Yaritza Bejarano, and great grandchild Zayden Bejarano.
Pallbearers will be Obed Bejarano Jr., Julian Carrasco, Bryan Bejarano, Ryan Ramirez, Gilbert Ramirez, Obed Bajarano, and Leo Carrasco.
Viewing will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Thursday, April 22nd, 2021 at Harkey Funeral Home, Rosary will be held at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, April 22nd, 2021 at St. John Evangelist Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, April 23rd, 2021 at St. John Evangelist Catholic Church will Father Allan Alaka officiating burial will follow at Monahans Memorial Cemetery.
