Jose E. Najar, 75, of Monahans, Texas went to be with the Lord on Saturday January 29, 2022 in Monahans, Texas. Jose was born in Marfa, Texas to Carmen and Andres Najar on September 22, 1946.
Jose Najar is preceded in death by his parents Carmen and Andres Najar, his son Jose Najar, brothers Socorro Espinoza and Manuel Najar.
Jose is survived by his spouse of 22 years Lucina Najar, his children Israel Najar, Chris Najar, Sherry Najar, and Joel Najar, step children Gladys Segura and husband Jorge Segura, Gicela Montes and husband Arnulfo Montes, Juan Sauceda and wife Misty Bradenburg, Lucina Sauceda and husband George Cobos and Mayra Sauceda, brother Andres Najar, sisters Paula Olgin, Refugia Santiago, Juana Venzor, grandchildren Manuel Hernandez, Yolanda Hernandez, Petra Hernandez, Kassandra Najar, Chylie Najar, Jazelle Najar, Liam Najar, and Dominic Paredez. Step grandchildren Giovanni, Isabella, Natalie and Aaliyah Segura, Arnulfo, Aaron, and Adrian Montes, Nayeli Soto, Adriel Herrera, Juan, Sammy, Yazmin and Braxon Sauceda, Avant Rodriguez, and Monique Bradenburg, Lymari, Jackie, George and Gabriel Cobos, and many nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers for the service will be Giovanni Segura, Fito Montes, Aaron Montes, Juan Sauceda, Adrian Montes, and Samuel Sauceda.
Jose Najar (Papo) will always be remembered as the man with a heart of gold.
The family wishes to send their sincere thanks to the staff of Ward Memorial Hospital.
