Joseph Montez Juarez, 35 of Monahans, Texas passed away on August 13, 2019 in Monahans, Texas.

Viewing will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday, August 17, 2019, from 12:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Sunday, August 18, 2019 at Harkey Funeral Home. Rosary will be held at 6:00 p.m., Sunday, August 18, 2019 at St. John Evangelist Catholic Church. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, August 19, 2019 at St. John Evangelist Catholic Church with Father Allan Alaka officiating, burial will follow at Monahans Memorial Cemetery.

Joseph was born in Monahans, Texas on March 31, 1984, where he also graduated in the Class of 2002.

Joseph is preceded in death by his father; Victoriano Juarez Jr., grandfather; Apolinar Montez, and uncle; Ricky Montez.

Joseph is survived by his wife; Angelica Juarez, mother; Yolanda Juarez, father; Jojo Carter, grandmother; Antiona Montez, nana; Mary Carter, grandmother and grandfather; Ofelia Juarez and Victoriano Juarez Sr., children; Promyce and Angel Juarez, brothers; Victor Juarez, Chris Adams, sister; Quen Carter, nieces; Ozlyan Juarez, Daeja Juarez, Tomei Juarez, numerous amounts of uncles, aunts, and  cousins.

Pallbearers will be Chris Adams, Osvaldo Huertas, Scotty Montez, Lonnie Cavazos, Jake Torma, Eric Heredia, Aaron Carter, Josh Cook, Isaiha Alford, and Steve Dawson.  Honorary pallbearers will be Angel Juarez and William Adams.
