November 29, 1947 — August 23, 2017

Judy was born on November 29, 1947 in Odessa Texas. She passed away at Regent Care Center in El Paso, TX on Tuesday, August 23, 2017.

She lived most of her life in Pyote TX with her grandmother Hadgie Sheets Brantley Parker and Step grandfather Lee T. Parker. She is preceded in death by her parents James B. and Floy Christine Brantley Oligney, Grandmother Hadgie Sheets Brantley Parker, Step Grandfather Lee T. Parker and Grandfather Chester Veto Brantley. Those who survive are her sister, Shirley Oligney Baker and husband Ron of El Paso TX, brother James C. Pallbearers will be Ron Baker, Robert Graves, Jason Garduno, Richard Jacquez, Harold Coursey and David Alaniz.
