Manuel Ruben Garcia Jr, 39, of Monahans, TX passed away on April 2, 2021 in Monahans, TX in his home.

Ruben was born in Pecos, TX to Manuel Garcia and Cynthia Bejaran on March 12, 1982.

Ruben was a hard worker. Has been since he was 14 years old. His life revolved around his wife and kids. He enjoyed cooking on the grill and making food with his wife. He loved taking his kids to the beach and on vacations. He enjoyed hanging out with his family and friends.  Ruben was a very private person but he loved everyone and loved life.

Ruben attended Monahans High School and graduated in the year 2000. He met Valerie Najar in the year 2005 and got married in 2013.

Ruben started in the oilfield working for 4 years on the drilling rigs. He was then employed by Royalty Well Service for 1 year. He was currently employed by Four Corners Petroleum for 11 years as a field technician.

Ruben is survived by his wife Valerie Garcia, sons Ruben III, Dario, Thiago, Cristobal Garcia; brothers Micky Garcia and Eric Rivas; parents Cynthia Bejaran and Manuel Garcia Sr; grandmother Juanita Ysalde, Aunt and Uncle Belinda Rivas and Trinidad Lara; uncles Joe and Robbie Ysalde; Nephew Sebastian Garcia; niece Emily Garcia, numerous aunts and uncles, and lots of cousins and friends.
