Maria Valenzuela

Maria Valenzuela, 89, our loving mother, sister, grandmother, wife, and friend passed away on April 21, 2017 in Monahans, Texas. She was born in San Angelo, Texas to Jorge Carrasco and Juana Sanchez on March 6, 1928. Maria married the love of her life Guadalupe Sosa Valenzuela on August 24, 1946 in Ojinaga, Mexico.

Maria was a wonderful loving mother, and always enjoyed her time with her family and friends. She was a faithful member of St John Catholic Church, Sacred Heart, and Cursillistas. She will be deeply missed by all.

Maria is preceded in death by her loving husband, parents, son, Frarin Valenzuela, son in law, Nick Gonzalez, and great grandson, Jonathan Valle.

She is survived by her sons, Amado Valenzuela and wife Mary of Monahans, Texas, Ruben Valenzuela and wife Diane of Monahans, Texas, daughters, Lupe Valle and husband Pablo of Odessa, Texas, Dora Gonzalez of Monahans, Texas, Esperanza Pipkin of Monahans, Texas, Alisia Cherry and husband Joel of Monahans, Texas, Eloiza Collazo and husband Joe of Monahans, Texas, sister, Costancia Carrasco, 19 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, and nine great-great grandchildren.
