Mya Moreno

Mya Moreno, 14, of Monahans, Texas passed away in Monahans on March 30, 2021. Mya was born on January 25, 2007 to Sara Orosco and Patrick Moreno in Odessa, Texas.

Mya was a fun, loving, caring, wonderful and outgoing person. She was very friendly, helpful, and generous. She had a great personality and was very sassy. Mya loved singing and dancing, drawing and editing, running, P.E. and sports of all kinds.

Mya is preceded in death by her cousin Joey Valle and great grandfather Rosalio H. Moreno.

She is survived by her father Patrick Moreno and step mother Yvonne Martinez, her mother Sara Orosco and stepfather Matt Thomas, sisters Ava and Aubri Moreno, uncles Luis Moreno Jr., Adam Mitchell, aunt Kara Mitchell, “Granny Joe Joe” Ginger Martinez, Papa Kenneth Mitchell, Grandpa Tommy Orosco, Grandpa Luis Sr., Great Grandma Rita Moreno, Paca Urbano Martinez and Gaggy Mary Martinez, several great aunts and uncles, and several cousins.

The family of Mya wishes to extend their sincere gratitude to Eric, Shelly, and DeMarqus Heredia, her friends, and everyone for their thoughts and prayers, donations, and heart filled memories.
