Patrick Steven Moreno passed away Tuesday April 26th, 2022, in Longmont, Colorado. He was 33 years old born on November 17, 1988, in Odessa, Texas to Luis Moreno and Teri Avila Subia. After graduating Monahans High School he moved to Longmont, Colorado. Patrick has four daughters that he loved very much, Ava, Aubri, Raqiyah, and Mya Moreno.

Patrick preceded in death by his daughter Mya Moreno, grandfather Charlie Moreno, brother-in-law Frank Cruz, other family members Carlos Moreno, and Sylvia Moreno.

Patrick is survived by his daughters Ava Moreno, Aubri Moreno, Raqiyah Moreno, fiancé Yvonne Martinez, father Luis Moreno, grandmother Rita Moreno, brother Luis Moreno Jr. and wife Melissa, and numerous nieces and nephews Leah, Layla, Miki Lee, Camilla, Everly, Marcos Moreno, Kayne.

Pallbearers will be Luis Moreno Jr., Robert Aldrete, Steven Moreno, Adrian Moreno, Matthew Cabrera, and Joe Munoz.

Visitation will be on Thursday May 12, 2022, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM with Rosary to follow beginning at 7:00 PM at Harkey Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held at St. John’s Catholic Church on Friday, May 13, 2022, at 10:00AM, with Father Joe officiating.  Burial will follow at Monahans Memorial Cemetery.

The family of Patrick Moreno wishes to extend our sincere thanks to his fiancé, Yvonne Martinez, who stood by his side until the end, his nephew Marcus Moreno who stayed near him on behalf of the Moreno family. To the staff at Longs Peak Hospital for taking care of Pat.

We love you my son until we meet again.
