Roberta Huff

Roberta Standefer Huff, 81, beloved Mother, Grandmother, and Sister, was called to her eternal resting place on August 3, 2022. She entered this world on March 31, 1941 in Hamilton, TX, born to Robert Standefer and Jessye Forgey. Her parents and brother Robert Earl Standefer Jr awaited her so they could once again join together as a family. She is survived by her daughter Linda Sprouse; son Clay Sprouse; grandson Vincent Sprouse; sister, Jo Nell Westbrook; sister-in-law Helen Standefer; many nieces and nephews. Roberta loved her only grandchild deeply and nothing made her happier than spending time with him. She served on the City Council in Wickett, graduated beauty school in Odessa and graduated High School in Monahans. She lived most her life in Wickett. She was very talented at painting in oils, until the loss of her vision. Roberta discovered recently that she had a sister. She was so happy to receive the news and wished she had known her earlier. She was raised in the Church of Christ in Wickett, Texas.
