Ronald Dean Mann, 67, of Monahans, TX passed away surrounded by family on May 21, 2018.

Visitation will be held on May 25, 2018 from 5-7 p.m. at Harkey Funeral Home in Monahans, Texas.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on May 26, 2018 at Harkey Funeral Home in Monahans, Texas.

Ron was born in Keokuk, Iowa to William Mann and Kathryn Germann on January 9, 1951. He married Rhonda Mann on January 11, 1992 in Kermit, Texas. He worked as a very successful salesman in the oil fields of west Texas for many years. Ron was a veteran of the Vietnam War and served in the Army from 1971 to 1974. While in the Army he was awarded the National Defense Service Medal. Ron loved his family and friends and was always there to lend a helping hand. Ron was a hunting enthusiast who enjoyed spending time hunting with family and friends.

Ron is preceded in death by his mother Kathryn Germann and father William Mann. He is also proceeded in death by brothers Steven and James Mann. Also proceeded in death by 2 brother in laws, John Germann and Glen Spring.

Ron is survived by loving wife, Rhonda Mann of Monahans, TX. Son, Jeffrey Mann and wife, Amanda Mann of College Station, TX. Son, Justin Smith of Dallas, TX. Sister, Jean Germann of West Point, IL. Brothers, Bill and Nancy Mann of Monahans, TX. Chuck and Patty of Odessa, TX. Rick and Debbie of West Point, IL. Mother in Law, Juanice Winham of Monahans, TX. Sister in Law, LaDawn Spring of Odessa, TX. Ron is also survived by 2 half brothers, 2 half sisters, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
