Sarah Weisent

Sarah F Weisent, of Wickett, Texas, at 81 years of age passed away on Sunday, April 10, 2022.

She was born on May 7, 1940, to Harlin Collins and Ada Hayes in Pecos, Texas.

Sarah married the love of her life Dwain Weisent on November 13,1959 in Pecos, Texas. After ten years of marriage Sarah and Dwain moved to the town, they called home Wickett, Texas. She was a great cook for her friends and family, and when she wasn’t cooking, she would relax by crocheting.

She is preceded in death by her parents Harlin and Ada Collins, son Keith Weisent and brothers Jimmy and Tommy Collins.

She is survived by her husband Dwain Weisent, daughter Ellen Bond, brothers Don and Johnny Collins, sister Patsy Lucas, granddaughter Sarah Mays, and great grandson Mario Cerda.

Pallbearers will be Steve Lucas, Kenny Laviers, Mark Bruster, Mitch Weisent, Felipe Palano, and John Hayes.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 16, 2022, from 12:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. at Harkey Funeral Home. Her service will be on Monday, April 18, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Donnie Rollie officiating. Burial will follow at Monahans Memorial Cemetery.
