Shirlee Defranco

Shirlee Irene DeFranco, 79, Of Monahans, Passed away on October 26, 2020, in Odessa Texas.

Shirlee DeFranco was born in Monahans to Albert and Irene Crowson on July 20, 1941

Shirlee was easy to talk to and a very understanding person.  She had a heart of gold and

she always put her loved ones before herself.  She was thoughtful of others and a firm believer in Christ.

She was a wonderful and loving mom, nana, and wife. She had everything to do with raising her children and most of her grandchildren.

She was known as a sweetheart by anyone that knew her.  She loved arts and crafts and she was very passionate about her projects.

Those projects would usually be a gift for someone that she was thinking of. She loved singing karaoke

and she had a beautiful voice. She made really delicious food from strawberry shortcake to a simple sandwich.

If she made it, you knew it would be delicious. She is the mother of 8 children and raised them all with love, kindness, and respect.

She was well educated, beautiful, stylish, and had a smile that was brighter and warmer than the sun.

She loved to travel and has been all over the world. Now, she walks with the Lord in paradise.

She will be deeply missed but, we will lovingly carry her memory with us, always.

Shirlee is Proceeded in Death by, Her father and mother Albert and Irene Crowson, Her brother Wayne, Her former husband Marty, her daughters Robyn and Marlee, and her granddaughter Courtney.

Shirlee is survived by her husband Sonny, her daughters Renee and Nikki, Her Sons Brent, Johnny, Michael, Tino.

Her granddaughters Jennifer, Breela, Jorden, Jaymee, Karen, Desiree, Adryana, Zoey, Kandee, Frankie. Her grandsons Josh, Dusty, Ambrose, Martino, Kane.

All of her wonderful and amazing great-grand-children and great-great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Brent, Johnny, Chuck, Nate, Michael, Tino, Josh, Jason, Jordan, Faizian, Martino jr.

Visitation is on Thursday at Harkey Funeral Home Chapel from 1-4 on Thursday, Oct. 29

Service will be on Friday, Oct. 30 at 2 p.m. at Harkey Funeral Home Chapel with Dexter Nichols Officiating
