Tommy Lynn Mosley "Moe", 65, of Red Bluff, TX, passed away on November 27, 2017 peacefully at his home.
The funeral service will be held on Wed. December 6th, 2017-Pastor John Kinman of First Baptist Church, Wickett TX. will be officiating.
A private family graveside will be held at 10:00 a.m. followed by a memorial service at 11:00 a.m. in his hometown of Grandfalls, TX at the Grandfalls Community Center. A lunch will follow. We invite all to come honor a great man we all loved and were blessed to call family or friend. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Harkey Funeral Home. Flowers can be sent there. Viewing will be Monday December 4, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Tuesday December 5, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Harkey Funeral Home in Monahans, Texas, it will be a closed casket viewing. Please come in to write kind words on the casket for Moe to be "carried away" to Heaven.
Tommy was born in Monahans, TX on November 29th,1951. He graduated from Grandfalls-Royalty High School in 1970 and continued on to join the Air force in 1971. Upon leaving the Air force due to the death of his dad, Tommy worked as a contract pumper for many companies over the past 25 plus years. He also worked for Red Bluff Water District for about 18 years. Tommy was a quiet-loner with a BIG heart He enjoyed playing the slots when he could sneak away to the casinos for a few hours, he loved to sing He loved all music and could sing you a song about anything. He loved his guns, fishing, hunting, chickens, boxing, and football (GO COWBOYS).
Tommy is survived by his two sisters, Beverly Huey of Monahans, TX, Sharon Cleveland of Monahans TX, two brothers Larry & Jeanie Mosley of Midland, TX & Kenneth & Pat Mosley of Oklahoma. Two daughters Amanda & Mike Taylor of Pyote, TX & Hartley Mosley of Red Bluff, TX. Two sons Jeff & Nyssah Perrine of San Angelo, TX & Dakota Kinney & Cierra Williams of Red Bluff, TX.
He was very proud of all his children and his 10 grandkids, Brandon, Nicole, Nick, Leea, Landon, Deegan, Luke, Lian, Tokyn & PD Lynn. Also, many nieces, nephews & cousins. Tommy might not have seen us often, but he loved all his family dearly.
Tommy is preceded in death by his parents Eddie and Juanita Mosley and his grandparents.
